Immigration Case Evaluation

Start With the Facts. We Will Help Identify the Immigration Strategy.

You do not need to decide whether your case is EB1A, EB1B or NIW before contacting us. Tell us what you have accomplished, what you plan to do in the United States and what immigration problem you are trying to solve.

Start Your Inquiry

Request an Immigration Case Evaluation

A concise summary is enough for the initial contact. Do not send confidential documents unless the Firm requests them.

Name
Important: Submitting the form does not create an attorney client relationship. Do not send confidential or time sensitive documents until the Firm has agreed to represent you.
What Happens Next

A Simple Intake Process

01

Initial Review

We review your inquiry to determine whether the matter appears to fit the Firm’s practice and whether more information is needed.

02

Focused Documents

We may request a CV, publication record, decision notice or selected documents rather than asking you to send an entire immigration file.

03

Strategy Discussion

A consultation may address potential categories, important evidence, weaknesses, filing sequence and other immigration considerations.

04

Representation

Representation begins only after the Firm accepts the matter and both parties enter into a written representation agreement.

Before You Contact Us

Common Questions

Do I need a PhD?

No. EB1A and NIW are not limited to doctoral degree holders, and the Firm evaluates other qualifying professionals as well.

Can the Firm represent me outside Florida?

Yes, for appropriate federal immigration matters. Clients can generally be represented throughout the United States and abroad.

Should I send every immigration document now?

No. Start with a useful summary. The Firm can request selected documents if they are needed for a more informed evaluation.

Does submitting the form make me a client?

No. Representation begins only after the Firm accepts the matter and a written representation agreement is completed.

Can the Firm guarantee approval?

No. An attorney can evaluate eligibility, develop evidence and prepare legal arguments, but no attorney can guarantee a government decision.

What if I have an urgent deadline?

State the exact deadline in the inquiry and call the office. Do not assume the Firm represents you or will be able to act before the deadline.
